Having sat second behind local driver Dani Sordo on Friday, Ogier fought back to retake the lead at the end of Day 2.
The lead he kicked off Sunday with was 5.8s and the gap increased in all four tests as he won one of them and finished second behind teammate Jari-Matti Latvala in the other three.
Hyundai man Sordo, who scored an extra point in the last stage, was followed by his Hyundai teammates Thierry Neuville and Hayden Paddon in the classification, the duo separated by 12.8s.
Kris Meeke retired from fifth in the first stage of the day with an engine issue, handing the position to M-Sport's Mads Ostberg.
Ott Tanak took sixth more than five minutes adrift as Kevin Abbring secured his best WRC finish by bringing a fourth Hyundai into the top seven.
Skoda's WRC2 contenders Jan Kopecky and Pontus Tidemand took eighth and ninth overall followed by Craig Breen, who dropped as low as 15th yesterday with a broken driveshaft.
Jari-Matti Latvala and Eric Camilli finished well outside the points after retiring from Day 1 and Day 2 respectively, while Andreas Mikkelsen had retired on Saturday after a crash.
The Finn minimized his losses by winning the Power Stage and scoring three points as a result.
