Cosworth appoints Kirsty Andrew as Sales Director
Former Williams Advanced Engineering Commercial Operations Head joins Cosworth to drive high-performance powertrain and electronics technologies into the global automotive, aftermarket and motorsport markets.

High performance automotive engineering group, Cosworth, today announced the appointment of Kirsty Andrew as Sales Director. Ms. Andrew joins Cosworth’s executive team and will lead the company’s global sales force.
Previously Ms. Andrew held a senior commercial position at Williams Advanced Engineering where her responsibilities included leading the commercialization of Formula One technologies into the automotive sector.Whilst at Williams Kirsty played a significant role in securing collaboration with a major automotive manufacturer to develop a revolutionary hybrid supercar, contracting Cosworth for engine development and manufacturing services.
Andrew brings with her more than 15 years’ experience in the motorsport and automotive industries having started her career at Xtrac Ltd, the world’s leading motorsport transmission supplier.
Cosworth Chief Executive Hal Reisiger said: “Kirsty’s appointment adds another strong player to our executive team and will enable Cosworth to further develop its engagement with the worldwide automotive, aftermarket and motorsport industries. Kirsty has a great track record in the performance engineering sector, and we are confident that she will play a key part in helping us to realise our international goals.”
