Calado, who has been part of Ferrari's WEC stable since 2014, joins the previously-announced Giancarlo Fisichella and Marco Cioci in the team's AF Corse-run Ferrari 488 GT3.
The trio will race in the Pro category of the Blancpain Endurance series, with Kaspersky stepping up after spending a year in the Am division.
"I’m very happy to be a part of the Kaspersky Motorsport family," said Calado, whose most recent appearance for Ferrari came in last month's Rolex 24 at Daytona with the Risi Competizione squad.
"It’s going to be a big challenge for us, but I know the team very well already and I am sure that together with my experienced teammates, we can have a very good season.
"The new car is fantastic to drive and the fight on the track is going to be fierce, which is what we are all looking forward to!”
Calado is set to have a new teammate in WEC this season, with former partner Gianmaria Bruni poised to exit the Ferrari camp altogether.
GP3 driver Nyck de Vries and former Audi DTM man Miguel Molina have emerged as the most likely options to fill the vacancy left by Bruni in the #51 AF Corse car.
