For the last four years, the Greg Pickett led team has dominated at the track that will always be known as Mosport to most. The Muscle Milk squad has led every practice session, started on pole and won every race at the Canadian track since its first visit in 2010.

This year's Mobil 1 Sportscar Grand Prix saw Klaus Graf and Lucas Luhr cross the finish line four laps ahead of their closest on track competition.

Right from the start, Graf, who was celebrating his birthday today, took the lead and immediately started building a gap.

After only 15 minutes, the German led by more than 25 seconds and at the 30-minute mark of the two hour and 45 minute race, the team was already up by one lap.

By the time, Luhr hopped into the #6 Muscle Milk Pickett Racing HPD ARX-03c with about one hour to go, he had a comfortable four lap lead.

From that point on it was just a matter of staying out of trouble and that's what Luhr did as he went on to pick up his 45th career ALMS win and give Graf as well as himself (Luhr's birthday is July 22) another perfect birthday gift.

The victory at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park was also the fourth consecutive win this season for the Muscle Milk team and 18th career victory for Graf.

Graf, Luhr with the rest of Pickett Racing will be back in action on August 17th and 18th at Road America for Round 6 on the 2013 American Le Mans Series schedule.

Klaus Graf (driver #6 Muscle Milk HPD ARX-03c): "We had a really, really good car today. The Muscle Milk guys prepared a great car. It was very strong from the beginning. I had a good start and was able to build a good lead. I just tried to maintain my speed and make sure I made no mistakes in traffic.

"Traffic is very bad here, it makes it difficult. Everybody is hanging on to their car and it can be tough for some of the classes. You have to be careful with where you overtake and how you do it. Managing the traffic was my biggest task today.

"To win here four times in a row is very special. I really like this place. Every year, Lucas and I pretty much celebrate our birthdays here and every year we get pole position and win the race. It's not bad!

"We also, once again, had good tires from Michelin so thank you to them and also thank you to Muscle Milk and HPD, it was another good day."

Lucas Luhr (driver #6 Muscle Milk HPD ARX-03c): "I had the easy part today. Klaus did a long first stint and I just cruised around and brought it home. There was nothing for me to gain anymore. It's very tough though to keep your concentration and be focused if you don't really have anybody to race against.

"As Klaus said, the biggest thing was the traffic. The approaching speed, our average speed is just so much higher than the GT cars, it's unreal, especially with the GTC cars. I thought there were thousands of them on the track because every couple of meters you would be passing one.

"I think our Muscle Milk HPD was the best we've had it all year long. From a driving point of view it was very consistent. Also, Klaus did a double stint on the tires at the beginning, thanks to Michelin, they were very consistent from the start to the finish.

"So overall it was a good day for Muscle Milk Pickett Racing and a great birthday present for both Klaus and myself."
