You can now sign up for one or more user-defined groups as part of your motorsport.com
competition account. To do this, click on the link entitled
"Update your registration details"
in the Competition section of the main
Pick6 page,
or simply click here
to go directly to the update page.
After you have specified your account name and password, you will be
taken to a page that contains all your current account details.
You will see a new field, entitled "Group". Simply enter the name
of any group of participants, or a list of multiple groups, separated
by vertical bar characters, like this: "Flying Finns|Nokia Nation"
You can retrieve results (and, soon, standings as well) for all the
members of a specified group. So if you and your friends are in a league
at work you will be able to fetch all your results at once, and get the
results back in a mini league table. All you have to do is come up with
a name for the group. Pick your name carefully - if you and some other
group come up with the same name your results will all be mixed together.
